Request a Quote

Structured, compliant aircraft parts procurement — executed through a controlled RFQ process.

To ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory alignment, all requests are handled through a structured RFQ submission process.

Before You Submit

UISSW operates a compliance-first trading and procurement model.

We do not speculate on availability, documentation, condition, or regulatory suitability.

By submitting an RFQ, you acknowledge that:

  • All supplied information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • Documentation and traceability are mandatory considerations

  • Pricing is subject to verification and confirmation

  • Availability is not assumed until formally confirmed

  • Final acceptance is subject to UISSW’s internal verification and approval process

This process is designed to protects both parties and to support downstream acceptance in FAA, EASA, and other regulated aviation environments.

What Happens After Submission

Once your RFQ is received:

  1. RFQ Review & Feasibility Assessment
Requirements are reviewed for clarity, feasibility, and compliance scope.

  2. Supplier Engagement & Traceability Verification
Suitable suppliers are approached based on traceability and documentation capability.

  3. Certification & Traceability Review
Certification and traceability are reviewed before commercial confirmation.

  4. Formal Quotation Issuance
A formal quotation is issued by UISSW following supplier confirmation, documentation review, and internal approval.

Lead Times & Response

Standard RFQs: response typically within 1-2 business days

AOG RFQs: prioritised handling where clearly indicated

AOG prioritisation does not bypass documentation or traceability requirements.

Complex or documentation-sensitive requests may require additional time

UISSW does not issue speculative or placeholder quotations

Response times reflect verification and commercial diligence — not speculative quoting.

Disclaimer

Submission of an RFQ does not constitute acceptance, availability confirmation, or contractual commitment by UISSW.

All quotations are issued by UISSW as principal and remain subject to supplier confirmation, documentation review, and final internal approval.

This RFQ form is intended for aircraft operators, MROs, CAMOs, and aviation procurement teams sourcing parts for regulated use.
All submissions are reviewed under UISSW’s compliance-first sourcing framework.
