These terms concern website use. Quotations, orders and commercial agreements have their own terms, including any specifically incorporated revision of UISSW’s Terms of Sale. These website terms do not change a separate commercial agreement or replace the revision agreed for a transaction.
2. Information and aviation imagery
Website information describes our general sourcing and trading business. It is not a quotation, stock reservation, supply commitment or guarantee of availability or delivery. Actual condition, documentation, price, availability, delivery and commercial terms require transaction-specific written confirmation.
Aviation images are illustrative. They do not depict or establish UISSW-owned aircraft, stock, facilities, personnel, customer relationships, certifications or regulatory approvals. Images must not be used to determine a particular part’s condition, configuration or airworthiness.
The website does not provide aircraft operation, charter, maintenance, engineering or airworthiness services. General information does not replace technical records, authorised maintenance data, regulatory requirements or verification by the responsible organisations and personnel.
3. Permitted use and enquiries
You may read corporate information and use our contact details for legitimate business enquiries. Where we can grant permission, reasonable extracts may be saved or printed for internal business reference with the source and notices retained. Rights in content and branding are reserved by UISSW or the relevant rights holder to the extent those rights exist. Third-party marks do not imply endorsement or appointment.
Do not misrepresent identity or authority, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass restrictions, attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal information or use UISSW branding to imply an unauthorised relationship. Intrusive security testing requires specific permission.
Email links open your chosen email service; sending a message is a separate action. Provide accurate, relevant information you have authority to share. Agree suitable arrangements before sending particularly confidential material. Do not include passwords, banking details, personal identity documents or unnecessary customer records in an initial enquiry.
Online RFQ, KYC and KYS submissions and document uploads are not available through this website. An enquiry or correspondence does not itself form a supply contract, grant customer acceptance or supplier qualification, or authorise anyone to represent UISSW. Supplier qualification requires a separate human decision.
4. Availability and responsibility
General information can contain errors and the website can be interrupted. External services control their own content and processing; a link is not an endorsement or guarantee. Use appropriate device safeguards. Report privacy or security concerns to legal@uissw.com.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UISSW does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or completeness of general corporate information and excludes indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of that information. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse fraud or deliberate misconduct, waive mandatory rights or alter a separate commercial agreement.
